August 25th 2010 INTERIORS AND FURNITURE IN "PANORAMA" COMPLEX
May 27th 2010 THE OFFICIAL CEREMONY FOR INAUGURATION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "PANORAMA" WAS ATTENDED BY THE FRENCH AMBASSADOR IN BULGARIA
On May 27th took place the ceremony for the official inauguration of the Panorama complex. Special guests for the ceremony were His Majesty the Ambassador of France Mr. Etienne de Poncins, the Commercial Councilor in the Regional Economics Service of the French Embassy Mr. Philippe Bravard, the Commercial Attaché in the sector of “Services and new technologies” Mrs. Vessela Todorova.

lso deputies, members of the parliamentary group for friendship between France and Bulgaria, Mrs. Daniela Mitkova its deputy chair and members Mrs. Snezhana Dukova, Dr. Mihail Nokolovski, Mr. Plamen Nunev, Mr. Daniel Georgiev attended the event. Special guests were also Mr. Dominique Sigros, Representative of Bank Credit Agricole, Mr. Galabin Galabov, Executive Director of the Emporiki Bank, the staff members of the R.S. Engineering construction company, Mr. Biser Gavrailov – manager of the CIBank Branch in Botevgrad, and many others.
The price of the properties ranges between 33 000 and 75 000 EUR for the apartments and between 132 000 and 172 000 for the houses. All prices include VAT.

December 2009 THE COMPLEX "PANORAMA" TAKES PART IN THE NATIONAL CONTEST
"FACADE OF THE YEAR 2009" ORGANIZED BY BAUMIT BULGARIA LTD.
The National contest "Facade of the year" has been organized every year since 2001 and the announcement of awarded buildings will take place in March 2010.
The complex applies in the the following categories:
- Residential buildings - new construction
- Detached houses - new construction.

December 10th, 2008 DONATION FOR THE BOTEVGRAD'S KINDERGARTEN "KOKICHE"
On December 10th the CREER.S. development company has made a donation of playing toys, educational utensils and books to the children in the "KOKICHE" kindergarten at "Vassil Levski" residential district, Botevgrad.

The site of the complex "Panorama" was opened on May 15th, 2008. Up till now the three sections A, B and C have been constructively finished, as well as houses Nr. 1, 2 and 3. All site installations have been assembled and installed.

Fubruary 27th, 2008 Turning the "First sod" Ceremony
On February 27th, 2008 in “Vassil Levski” residential quarter was held the official ceremony for the beginning of the newest development in the Botevgrad city “Panorama Botevgrad”. The first sod in the foundations of the complex was turned and the symbolic fundamental stone was laid down. Mr. Geogri Georgiev, the Mayor of the Botevgrad city, the Chief architect Mrs. Daniel Arbova, official representatives of the Municipality council, Mr. Daniel Rust and eng. Rashko Staykov, as well many citizens of Botevgrad attended the ceremony.
A public prayer for health and success was performed by father Boris, who blessed the beginning of the construction works. Following the French tradition specially prepared trowels were offered to the official guests, as a symbol of the French professional experience and traditions in development of modern and functional European residential projects.
On behalf of the Municipality council, the Mayor of the city Mr. Georgiev awarded the two associates in the investment company “CREER.S.” Ltd. with an honorary charter saying that “CREER.S.” Ltd. is the Major investment society in the field of the residential development in Botevgrad for 2008.

1. Would you please introduce your company / its field of development, completed projects and its managing team?
The "R.S. Engineering" Ltd. is a specialized building company with significant professional experience in the design, organization and construction of all kind of buildings. The company was established in 1994. Since then we are a registered member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and we possess a license for inclusive engineering activity in the building process.
From January 2008 our company passed another registration procedure and we joined the centralized professional register of the construction companies with Certificate № І – 000209.
For its range of activities - INVESTMENT, CONSTRUCTION and ENTERPRENEURSHIP, "R.S. Engineering" Ltd. Has a Certificate for compliance with the requirements of the British Certification Institute ISO 9001:2000 БДС EN ISO 9001:2001 for registered system of quality management.
The "R.S. Engineering" Ltd. has a high qualified team of engineers, technical supervisors, technicians, and construction workers. The structure of the company includes “Technical department”, “Financial Department” and “Trade” department.
The list of projects completed by “R.S. Engineering, as well project we are working on nowadays is very large, and includes residential collective buildings, hotels, administrative buildings, trade centers, many private residences, residential and holiday complexes, situated not only in Sofia, but in the whole country.
2. Your company is going to develop a new project in Botevgrad. Could you please tell us more about this initiative?
This is a project of the Bulgarian – French promotion company “CREER.S.” Ltd. The society is managed by “R.S. Engineering” Ltd. holding 51% of its capital. The project’s name is “Panorama Botevgrad” and will be implemented on a plot of 8 000 square meters in “Vassil Levski” residential quarter. We are going to build 5 collective buildings and 9 houses, each one of them designed, following the combination of modern design, light and spaciousness, home comfort and stillness with green environment of the complex and the magnificent panoramic view to the Old Balkan hills.
The complex is offering variety of modern dwellings, developed with professional exactitude and high quality materials following all technological requirements, procedures and standards imposed by the Bulgarian legislation.
The design of the houses is truly modern but in the same time is in accordance with the traditions of the Bulgarian style of living. All houses have two stores. Tthey are of monolithic construction with surfaces ranging from 154 square meters up to 180 square meters. Each house disposes of a living room, 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, garage and its own yard, entirely exposured to the south direction.

4. When you are going to start the construction works and what is the deadline for completeness?
The whole project will be completed within two years and the construction works will start in the beginning of the spring 2008.
5. What makes you differing from your business competitors? What you are relying on in your activity?
While composing our building program we are following a balanced investment policy, taking into consideration all real estate market specifics. We are making a preliminary research of the market we are offering our product for; afterwards we are adapting the product we are going to build to the needs, taste and purchasing possibilities of our clients. 6. Do you think that the real estate market of the new constructed dwellings will continue its raising trend? Are there any threats for stagnation?
