The Franco-Bulgarian investment society “CREER.S.” Ltd. was established in 2007 with the purpose for realization of the development residential project “Panorama Botevgrad”.  The company is a result of the alliance of the French society specialized in investments and administration of real estates “CREER”, part of the Groupe GHI and the Bulgarian development company “R. S. Engineering” Ltd. with a huge experience in organization and construction of buildings.

R.S. Engineering Ltd. is a specialized construction company with a rich experience in designing, organizing and constructing buildings as well as in coordinating and arranging their legal status on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The company was established in 1994. Since then it has been a member of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber and has an overall construction activity license. Since 2008 the R. S. Engineering Ltd. is a registered member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber with certificate Nr. I – 000209.
For its activities Investment, Construction and Enterpreneurship R. S. Engineering Ltd. has a Certificate for conformity with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 BDS EN ISO 9001:2001 procedure of the British Certification Institute for registered system for quality management.
